Today was the test over the literary terms. I haven't had a chance to grade them yet, but I have high hopes!
I am REALLY impressed with the response logs I checked today. I am even contemplating NOT requiring a summary for them this year! The quality of their thinking was right on target. There were only a few who did not get their 50 pages read or who did not have their response written as connections. We will do one more together as a class before I turn them loose on their own. Keep reading!!!!
