Believe it or not, we are still testing! This time, it's not the MAP but a Perfomance Series in reading and language arts that will give us a really nice snapshot of their reading level and specific skill strenghts and weaknesses in language arts. We are also continuing a writing project.
We will be in the library tomorrow to check out Book Talk books.
This Saturday, April 25, is the LAD fair at Willard High School. Writing projects from around the area will be on display, including several entries from Cherokee! If you have time, I would encourage you to run out there and see some spectacular writing!
We will not have school this Friday because of a previously scheduled Professional Development day for teachers. It should be a beautiful day so enjoy it!!!
