Wow - a full, five day week!!! Today we got our new spelling words and we learned about punctuating titles - when to use italics (underlining) and when to use quotation marks. We practiced this and will have a very short quiz on it tomorrow. We completed worksheet p. 184 in class and did p. 647 in the Lit. book orally.
Tomorrow we will be working on colons and semi colons. Students will be asked to bring their LAD fair projects in so that we can work on them - these are due on Friday. We will have the Spelling Test on Thursday.
