Happy Halloween! We finished the sheet on capitals then listened to the Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Alan Poe - quite appropriate for Halloween! We used prediction throughout the story to figure out what exactly was happening with the narrator. The vocabulary section of the sheet they were given is due on Monday. They may use the Lit. book (p. 76) to help with the meanings.
Grade cards went home today - they should be signed and returned by next week. We have conferences next week. If you have not scheduled one, but would like to meet with the Grizzly Team, please call the office at 523-7200. We have just a few spots on Wednesday left.
It has been a great quarter - I look forward to another great 9 weeks!!!!
