It's been a few days since I posted and I apologize. Monday we had a sub, and we listenened to "The Monkey's Paw" and received the spelling list. Test is Thursday.
Tuesday we went over the LAD fair categories. They will be choosing their project and writing a proposal to me. Upon my approval, they can begin work on this and it is due mid to late February ( depending on snow days!).
Today we discussed our Holiday Basket. (See link) We also discusse the Book Fair at Borders beginning tomorrow and ending on Tuesday. Any student who brings Mrs. Butler a Borders receipt between those dates will get their name entered into a drawing for a fabulous prize. Please support our school!!!
We also created a plus/delta quadrant based on our descriptive essays, which were returned (finally) today. We then took a punctuation pretest.
