Just so I don't forget to blog tomorrow, I am including it in today's blog! We have collected quite an impressive amount of items for our Holiday Basket. A BIG thank you to all the families who are helping to make the holiday brighter for our special lady. I would also like to thank Mrs. Lierz, Mrs. Miller, and Mrs. Bischof for donating their time to help deliver the basket of goodies! They are taking five students with them, and I am sure they will all be blessed by their efforts.
Today we took a spelling test and most kids did pretty well. As a holiday "present" I am looking at their last test and if this test is higher I am giving them that score. If it is not, I will not count this score. Their "prewrite" or graphic organizer for their most memorable Christmas (holiday) is due tomorrow, as well as at least six of the lines for the "12 Days of Christmas." Tomorrow we have a shortenend schedule due to the Winter Assembly in the morning. We will write and revise our paragraphs during class.
